“This property is not safe for anyone! Very disgusting! The floors were black and you stuck to them ! None of the outlets worked in the place. No tv. Drug attacks everywhere. The pool was half full of green matter and frogs, possibly a dead body or two ! And the stink is unbearable!”

It is located in a lovely subdivision and about 15 min. From downtown Cookeville. There are many state parks nearby also.”
